ABOUT ME
Jorge Aguirre is a principal of 42 Partners, LLC. The firm’s focus is advising developers in all aspects of affordable housing development in the Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina with a focus on the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and other statewide funding programs administered by the state housing finance agencies.

Jorge has participated in the development of over 3,000 units located in 7 states. He has specific experience in the redevelopment of public housing and has managed developments with multiple funding sources including 9% and 4% LIHTC, Tax Exempt bonds, RAD, HOPE VI, Replacement Housing Factor (RHF) funds, and HOME funds.
